Parish Council invests in refurbishment of access road at Mountbatten Park
North Baddesley Parish Council has invested £120k in the refurbishment of the Mountbatten Park Access Road. The work was completed by the Parish Council’s chosen contractor, STC Construction and Civil Engineering, on 4 March and was completed over a six week period.
The Ashfield Estate donated the money to the Council as part of its work in creating the Mountbatten Park Housing Estate. The contribution towards the access road accounted for approximately half of the total amount donated by the Estate, and the remaining money was allocated to improvement works on the Scout Hut itself.
